Bob Paris is a personal trainer and still writes training books. He has one called Natural fitness that goes over training naturally, psychological aspects, diet, nutrition, setting goals etc. He still looks great. His web site, bobparis.com, is under construction. He's still available on the speaker's circuit, represented by Greater Talent Network. Seems he's active as a gay rights speaker, but I haven't found much on fitness since his books in the 90s. I to saw him on a talk show also awhile back.

He and his male partner were talking about gay marriage . There were a few couples there and I was going through the channels and as I passed by they were talking to him and his believes etc..He never mentioned bodybuilding but still looked in top shape .

I think it's only natural to be attracted to a nice physique. A toned body is interpreted as a sign of health and vitality. It is something that has been admired for centuries in our art, our songs and our culture. Male fitness models build muscle but do not become huge and overly muscular like bodybuilders. It's proven that women find the male fitness model physique more attractive than the bulky bodybuilder look. However, many bodybuilders tend to look down on guys that possess the fitness model type physique. You see many bodybuilders are under the impression that everyone wants to be as big and strong as them. They see a guy who is lifting lighter weights and doing cardio as someone who isn't as successful in the gym as them. Initially practice the compulsory poses in front of a mirror until you can do them correctly. You should also notice the "feel" of each pose - biomechanically "feel" your arm and leg positions. When you are competing on stage, you must rely totally on the feel of the pose.

Therefore, once you have your poses refined, practice often without a mirror. To get big, you just lift with a high volume of lifts and progressively increase the weight over time. You don't have to be on a strict diet and you don't have to hit cardio hard. To get lean, you have to lift to maintain your muscle mass, you have to watch what you eat, and you have to hit cardio like a maniac.

About Helmut, Helmut Strebl is a fitness model who also featured on our “Top Ten Most Aesthetic Physiques Of 2012?. He is probably the leanest and the most dry we have ever come across, despite being 44 years old. We could not find his stats but he is probably sub 5% body fat in the picture above. At 12 years old, he was a skinny weakling and an easy prey for bullies as he stood out in absolute contrast to a schoolmate who was a muscle machine. At first, he got into lifting weights only to protect himself. But soon, he was also determined to put himself on a physical par with this schoolmate, his odd twin. Here was wishful thinking. From it, there came his dream of becoming a fitness model. He liked weightlifting from the start. His first pair of weights was five kilos a piece. This was two bottles of washing detergent, filled with water though. He did not have proper dumbbells until a few years later. He was 16 years old when he joined my local gym. From early on, high aspirations and mental conditioning have been the keys to his life in fitness training and competition.

Adam Von Rothfelder

Adam Von Rothfelder, born in 1982, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, is a professional MMA fighter, personal trainer and model. Von Rothfelder immersed himself into the world of amateur and professional fighting and kickboxing at 22 years old when he began fighting and participating in kickboxing matches throughout Wisconsin. From that point on, he was hooked. In 2006, he won the “Milwaukee Rumble,” an amateur kickboxing competition, and in 2007, he took second place in the Natural Bodybuilding Midwest competition. In 2008, he took second in the Midwest N.A.G.A Championship, which prompted him to enter the world of mixed martial arts.

Von Rothfelder moved to California in 2009 to pursue his professional career further. He trained with the Body Shop and Antonio McKee in Long Beach, CA, as well as, with the NFL Combine Training Team. During this time, he was also a trainer at one of Los Angeles’s premier celebrity gyms working with high-profile clients. Unfortunately, due to injuries, Rothfelder had to leave his professional fighting career behind.

In 2011, he opened “Drench Fitness”, a boutique gym, focused around personal training with an emphasis on efficiency and intensity. I like musculature and so im very amazed by his work. ....Kjngrafix bounce around programs, All of them start in Poser, but he tend not to use it to render because it's a bit sluggish. Bryce, Daz Studio, and Cinema are the ones he typically use for rendering.

It is my understanding that not even thongs are accepted by the judges at men's bodybuilding contests, much less (pun intended) g-strings. As you are competing as an amateur, in, I assume, amateur level contests, I will allow that there may be more exposure allowed then there is in professional contests. Where do you compete? You must cause a bit of a stir in the pump rooms as you pump up wearing just your skin. Obviously, you are a true and honest exhibitionist. No phony game playing with you, right? I guess that is one way to psyche out the competition or turn them on. Ha, ha. Don't get me wrong. I am not criticizing you in anyway.

The fact is in bodybuilding one is supposed to display their physical attributes and achievements, that is the whole point. Personally, I think it would be fine if contestants were completely naked when on stage. Given time, this may in fact be the case. Since your post has caused a fair response, it seems like you should also post pictures of yourself just to show everyone that wearing just a g-string is really no big deal.

Advance Bar Exercises for Overall Toning

A few years ago I was introduced to a steel weighted bar known to many as the Body Bar. If you are not familiar with this particular piece of workout equipment, it is basically a steel bar in various weights encased in foam. They range between 4-6 feet in length. Not only are weighted bars used in resistant training workouts, but they can be used for balance, flexibility and core stabilization. And because they recruit more muscles than machines do, they make for a challenging yet very effective workout. Below are seven weighted bar exercises I have put together to give your workouts a fresh spin. workout creates a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, the body-elongating practice of dance conditioning, the science of physical therapy and the intense pace of interval training into a powerful exercise format that quickly and safely reshapes and elongates muscIes.

1. Biceps, Quadriceps, Hamstrings - Stork Curl and Leg Extension. 2. Butt, Core, Legs, Shoulder - Overhead Press and Squat. 3. Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings- Barbell Forward Lunge. 4. Amateur Hairy Muscle Guys - Your Daddy Next Door

I'm still drooling after my gym visit yesterday, and on my hunt for some hotness to share with you guys today I found random hot photos of amateur bears hunks that I just had to get on here for you guys to enjoy. I know some of you might be a little torn when it comes to this hunk, but I think the overall response to these guy are going to be positive. I'm hoping these hunks goe down that path too. They have great bodies, hairy and the most delicious muscle too. I've already mentioned a few things I love about these guys, because of my daddy hunks nextdoor.

Tom is my daddy hunk type live next door. Tom is originally from Riverside, California. He is in amazing shape and likes to keep himself in sweet shape. He works out 5 times a week and eats healthy. He mostly lifts weights and does cardio a couple times a week. He can't say he identifies himself as being gay or straight. If he's attracted to someone that's all he needs to act on it.

Tom is a bit of an exhibitionist and one of his earliest adventures was having sex out in public as he got it on during the day at school. He always comes home late, if I take a sneak peak of him. I can see he decides to strip into something a lot more revealing. His tank is the first to hit the floor as his hands fumble with his fly. He knows just what he needs as he undoes his button fly, yes I can see his sexy red briefs. Tom has a sexy hairy chest with fur that nicely complements the physique he works hard at. He seems to have body hair just about everywhere as he turns around to show off his back and obliques.

He keeps his head shaved smooth and that's about the only smooth real estate on him. He runs his hands over his muscular pecs and abs before finally slipping out of his underwear!!! So, the next thing that happened I can't give the details for you, but I'm sure that you can fantasize it.

Everyone likes to take a nice pic of them selves once in a while. When you think only women take ‘sexy’ pictures of themselves in the mirror, you’re totally wrong. This phenomenon also takes place amongst men and these pictures are the painful evidence. Please note: these men have submitted their own pictures, in case you’re finding it stupid we’re showcasing them. Advice for men reading this: Just don’t. We really don’t think it’s hot. Tell's girls that they're gorgeous, beautiful etc. on Facebook but face to face they don't talk the girl. They also take pictures of themselves in the mirror and often look like a complete cock but they don't know it. If a guy does it obsessively then there's something wrong, but if he does it here or there to use for his myspace or facebook or whatever there's nothing wrong with that.. same with a girl.

They are not gay, If they were always taking pics of other guys then yeah I would lean toward thinking they were gay but not for taking pics of themselves. I would probably wonder why. Maybe he is doing it to post on a site like facebook or myspace. Or maybe he just likes to look at himself and if he takes a pic it's easier to look at than standing and gazing into a mirror. They're look so hot especially when they take shirt off and try to flex abs with this serious look on face.
