Diego Cristo

With a Christ like that it is easy to believe in him, Cristo in Portuguese means Christ. His age is 31, height: 1,89 metro (6’2”) and weight: 87 quilos (192 lbs). His birthplace is Ponta Grossa (Paraná). From age 14 Diego became a jock, an accomplished athlete and then went into modeling. He graced the catwalks in Milan and Barcelona representing famous designers like Valentino and Carlo Pignatelli. Upon his return to Brazil he did several commercials and then got a starring role in the soap opera “The Color of Sin”. After that he was in several other roles that have made him the most promising of Brazilian actors…certainly the most admired by women and gays alike. Cristo made his debut in 2004 in the telenovela, "Da Cor do Pecado" and also starred as Hélio in "Caminhos do Coração". In 2009, he played the character of Dino in "Caras e bocas".

Aside from acting, Cristo has also done many modeling jobs. He's graced the coveted cover "Men's Health", modeled for sunscreen product "Boticario" and also strutted the runways for top designers in Brazil and Milan. His hobbies include reading a book, swimming, and playing soccer.

This isn't just a scientific fact, but also an anecdotal one: legend Arnold Schwarzenegger and his mentor Reg Park could both Deadlift over 700lbs and developed world class physiques as a result. Few guys understand that pump, soreness, reaching failure and even rep range do NOT matter if you're not getting stronger. Several of my StrongLifts Members gained more muscIe their first 5 months on StrongLifts 5x5 than their 5 previous years doing those silly bodybuilding split routines - while training less!

With 2011 coming closer, I ask you - are you lifting more weight today than at the start of 2010? Are you Squatting more than 6 months ago? Has your Deadlift increased? If not: what the hell have you been doing this year?

To gain muscle mass, you need to increase the resistance systematically by simply adding weight to the bar. This - Progressive Loading - is the real secret to raw muscular bodies gains. Here are the other imperatives... Barbells - natural movements, force you to stabilize the weight yourself, allow for heavier weights than dumbbells, and the only way to Squat/Deadlift heavy. Compounds - allow for heavier weights than isolation exercises because you're using several muscIes at a time, prevent musc1e group favoritism. Food - critical for maximum recovery and growth, eat like a horse first, then get at least 1g/lb of protein per day - and this doesn't need to come from shakes.

Rest - most guys do way too many exercises and train way too frequently, musc1e need rest for growth - less is more. Technique - you can lift more with proper technique and gain more muscIe using a full ROM than with partials because the distance the bar travels is longer. Consistency - expect, on average, 25 pounds of raw muscle gain your first year of training, you got to be consistent, this is a marathon not a sprint.

What do you shave/trim your hairy body, and how often?

Guys- What do you prefer? What have you tried? Or is this something that will never happen in your lifetime? Have you ever even thought about it and just don't know the best way to go about it? I'd love to hear your experiences. Personally I started trimming/shaving my chest in the last couple of months. I like the look of it better than w/ hair and my wife likes the way it feels better too. So it's a win/win for me. I've generally used a beard trimmer to get it real short, but I've NEVER contemplated using a razor. I get the stigma that it will grow back thicker and more coarse. I'm really hairy and have dark hair.

I'm starting to get in better shape and plan to be where I want to be by this summer. I never bothered much with grooming, but now that I'm getting in better shape, am single, and realize it's important to younger women, I'm starting to work on this. The pubes get trimmed and I figure to shave my chest and definitely my back...and shoulders.

I also have hairy arms. So do I shave them too? And then what about the legs? Hairless with really hairy arms and legs? I wish we could still live in a day and age where men are men and hair is just part of being a man and women accept that. A women wouldn't care that much if she's really into you. But still, I've read and heard countless times that a man with a hairy back is a huge turnoff to most women. Men need to be men. Not what Cosmo says. Not what Oprah says. They need to look and act like men.

Dave Batista MMA Fighter Version , Fighting for Real

After being released from the WWE, Batista attended Strikeforce: Los Angeles on 16 June 2010, having previously registered an interest in competing in Mixed martial arts. On 21 June 2010, Batista announced to TMZ.com that he would be embarking on a MMA career. Batista had announced that he and Strikeforce had agreed on a price and were negotiating a contract. However in April 2011, Batista announced to TMZ.com that negotiating a contract with Strikeforce fell through when Strikeforce was bought by Zuffa, LLC. Batista was expected to make his MMA debut against Rashid Evans on October 6, 2012 at Classic Entertainment and Sports: Real Pain in Providence, Rhode Island.

However, on October 1, 2012, it was announced that Evans was forced out of the bout after a probation violation landed him back in jail. With Batista's MMA debut still on for the event, Evans was replaced by journeyman and 40 fight veteran Vince Lucero. Batista would go on to win the fight by TKO at 4:05 in the first round.

Former WWE star Dave "Batista" Bautista didn't get into MMA to prove anything to fans. He simply wanted to prove something to himself – that despite being 43 years old, he could still do it. But to do that, he needed to prove something to his training partners. That got all the harder when one of them, Stephan Bonnar, got booked to meet perhaps the greatest MMA fighter in history. Bonnar was one of Bautista's training partners at Gracie Tampa ahead of his pro debut, which took place Saturday. Facing 46-fight veteran super heavyweight Vince Lucero (22-23-1), Bautista (1-0) survived an early flurry of punches before posting a first-round TKO victory.

The bout headlined the "CES MMA: Real Pain" pay-per-view event at Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, R.I. Bautista went through an eight-week camp for the fight. It got a bit tougher a few weeks ago when Bonnar learned he'd be coming out of semi-retirement to fight MMA's pound-for-pound kingpin, UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva, at this coming weekend's UFC 153 event in Brazil.

So, how did I get my chest to go from minuscule to massive... tiny to titanic... pathetic to powerful? It's all about ‘positioning’ my iron-addicted friends! Here is my explanation and why posisitioning is so important. Sample chest workouts included! Although I pride myself on having a balanced and even physique, I would still have to say that my pecs are my "standout" body part. In the offseason, I generally wear a size 54 jacket, and only a 34 pant. My jacket size is mostly due to the mass and thickness of my chest more than anything else (which makes me wonder what size jacket Ronnie Coleman or Marcus Ruhl must wear... WOW). Whenever people see me with my shirt off, the majority of questions and comments I get are in regards to my pecs. "How much do you bench? How do you find shirts? Wow, your chest is bigger than my wife's... and she has implants!!"

But I digress... The interesting thing about the fact that my chest is now my best body part is that when I started training, it was probably my worst! While I only weighed a paltry 125 lbs at a height of 5'11" the first time I touched a barbell, you could still see at least some muscular development in my arms, shoulders, and back. I worked my way up to Personal Training Coordinator for Bally Total Fitness while in college and soon got recruited to work my dream job, the place that started it all - Weider Publications! He's a big bad wolf in your neighborhood, not bad meaning bad, but bad meaning good. Joseph Michael "Joe" Manganiello ( ; born December 28, 1976) is a classically trained American film and theatre actor. He holds a BFA in acting from the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama. He played Flash Thompson in the Spider-Man film series, and had recurring roles in television on ER, How I Met Your Mother and One Tree Hill, among others. He has received both critical and popular praise for his role as werewolf Alcide Herveaux on the HBO television series True Blood. Manganiello was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and raised in Mt. Lebanon, a suburb south of the city. His parents are Charles and Susan Manganiello.

Manganiello is of Sicilian, Austrian, German and Armenia descent, and has a younger brother, Nicholas. He was a student at St. Bernard School, a Roman Catholic elementary school in Mt. Lebanon, and then attended Mt. Lebanon High School, where he graduated with honors in 1995 and won the school's Great Alumni Award in 2011.

Growing up he was the captain of his football, basketball, and volleyball teams and went on to play at the varsity level in all three sports. Manganiello won the role of Jud Fry in his school's senior year production of Oklahoma!, and was involved with the school's TV studio. On weekends, he would borrow equipment to make movies with his friends, and became interested in acting to become a better amateur filmmaker.

Ever since the biggest superhero crossover of all time Superman VS Batman was announced at Comic-Con, everyone has been wondering who will be the new Batman now that Christian Bale is officially done. Well, we hear the list is short, but it makes up for it by having some BIG names! Ryan Gosling is certainly pretty enough to face off with Henry Cavill, and Joe Manganiello has the muscles. Tattoos for bodybuilding, I can appreciate it as an art form in itself and I can also appreciate original or cool looking tat's. It takes away from the clean lines, flow, definition and is a visual distraction that also becomes somewhat of a hindrance in the beauty of the physique. Just my personal opinion. Everyone knows tattoos make you a complete bad ass do it brah get a flame dragon on your chest. Somebody suggest that If you plan on competing: Don't get them, If you don't plan on competing: Go for it. Tattoo's ruin a physique imo. Get one if you're never going to compete but at pro level the less tatts you have the better. 'Discreet' ones on the forearms and maybe on the delt are ok, but a full arm sleeve etc etc really does take away a lot from a great physique.

I'm a fan of tattoo's, just not on competitors. There's something pure about a physique that has no noticable tattoo's that makes it nicer to look at. But i guess that's the perspective nature of bodybuilding that makes the sport what it is! U better look like david beckham if u get them hes getting a new one all the time it seems

On Facebook, now a day you will see many guys love to take pictures of themselves with their shirt off. I mean like take random pics of themselves in their car, at work, at meetings, the logo on the back of his jeans, his face profile. Most of them have their body attractive and handsome. We've all seen em, usually flexin in the bathroom mirror. I mean good for you bud...but really you gotta post that on Facebook? coz maybe they are not comfortable with who they are and they just wanna show what they think is thgeir best. To impress girls. BUT there so misunderstood, they don't know that NORMAL girls don't like it when boys do that.

When you think only women take 'sexy' pictures of themselves in the mirror, you're totally wrong. This phenomenon also takes place amongst men and these pictures are the painful evidence. Diego Soldano

Diego Soldano is an Argentine actor who was born on the 18th of January 1969. Diego's 44 and he's a total, total DILF material. The 10th pic is from a latin soap called 'La Patrona' (which I'm assuming translates to 'The Boss'), http://bit.ly/122oQkA. Basically every scene Diego is in is supposed to be steamy. I believe this is the first meeting between him and La Patrona (although don't quote me on since I don't speak the language smile.gif)... But it appears she caught him coming out the shower. Diego studied acting in his hometown together with other actors currently recognized. In Mexico he studied various acting workshops, vocal technique and accent neutralization. Studied with actress Giovanna Zacarias, teacher acting school in Casa Azul, Argos producer. In 2011 graduated from the Art Training Center in Mexico City. He doesn't even have a Spanish Wikipedia so I'm assuming he isn't exactly a Telenovela star, tried finiding more pics but few pics of him shirtless.

Diego reminds me of an early Armstrong & Miller sketch in which a nude actor stands behind conveniently placed objects, one after another. Then, as the joke starts to wear thin, suddenly steps out into full view. (Funnier after a few drinks). Point of the sketch is the cliched use of objects to preserve "dignity". Surely that lamp is used ironically here?
