We all know that Drop Dead Diva survived cancellation and the fifth season of the Lifetime series premieres this Sunday. But now that actor Ben Feldman (who played guardian angel Fred) has moved on to Mad Men, there’s a new celestial being to look out for Deb (Brooke Elliott), the sexy blonde who died and was sent back to live life in the body of a plus-sized lawyer. Justin Deeley joins the cast in the season premiere as Paul, and according to creator Josh Berman he’ll be more playful than seasoned, and (thankfully for us) he oftentimes won’t be wearing much clothing. Berman told me that they’d been looking for the new angel for awhile before they found their man. “Justin Deeley walked into the room and had me at hello,” Berman said. “Not only is he talented, sexy, and funny – he’s also a gifted physical comedian with absolutely no inhibitions — which is a good thing since his character is half naked most of the time.”

Paul is just a big kid: “He’s the 6-year-old that lives within all of us,” Deeley said, with a grin. ”And the reason he is that way is because this is second shot at life. And, granted, he is the guardian angel. He has his responsibilities.” Because the body that Paul inhabits is new to him, he’s like a kid in an eye-candy store. “He’s got this body that he never could have,” Deeley explained. “He never really worked out and he never did that kind of thing. He says, ‘Look at what I can do! Look how strong I am!”

Berman teased that we’ll want to watch episode 3 (airing July 7th) when Deeley “is completely naked but for a shampoo bottle that covers his private parts,” he said. But proving just how fun Deeley likes to have, Berman revealed, “in one take, [Justin] dropped the shampoo bottle all together, wearing nothing but a great, big smile. The cast and writers adore Justin, who plays the character of Paul, and I’m quite certain our fans will fall for him as well.” ....Maybe we can hope that that moment was captured for the DVD extras.

A fit man is equated with a healthy sex life. Believe it. As far as sex goes, the subject itself is appealing. But it seems that many guys have a difficult time increasing their sex appeal in all the ways that really matter to women. But today, all that's going to change.

Marc Gollub, he is a german bodybuilder and he compete in NAC International category masters. He was 3rd at World Champ. in 2011 and 6th at Universe in 2012. During the summer of 2007 when during the summer holidays he was asked by 2 other hotel guests if he took part in bodybuilding contests. The idea developed in his mind when he got home after the holiday. He looked, first of all, for a competent coach who prepared me in the spring of 2008 for my first competition. So Marc started a structured training and bodybuilding nutrition programme. In May 2008, for the first time, Marc stood on a competition stage weighing nearly 76 kg. Since then, he's sort of competition obsessed. Once a year he prepare for a series of competitions, either in the spring or autumn season.

From year to year, Marc managed to gain 3 to 5 kg of muscIe. He focused mainly on building a beautiful line and eliminating weaknesses. For years, his upper body build was limping behind his leg development. Now the ratio of his upper to lower body is fine. Marc reached my previous contest highlights in 2011 with 3rd place in the NAC World in Differdange / Luxembourg and in the autumn of 2012 with 6th place in the NAC Universe in Hamburg / Germany. When Gareth Thomas found the courage to come out he became the only openly gay male athlete on any major sports team in the world. This guy is a legend in rugby and when I thought of the Welsh team I thought of him. I had so much respect for him and always thought so highly of him and when he came out I found even more respect for him that I didn't know I would have. Coming out as an international superstar of a sport like rugby...What a legend. ...So why did you watch the video? They've got are the best modern physiques I've seen. Very symmetrical. They have Amazing Muscular Bodies, that could crush me with those incredible ripped muscular arms! Hi Bodyrockers, What do you need to sculpt a body like this? You never cease to amaze us with the energy you bring & it keeps us pushing to make every workout bigger, better & more inventive to make sure that we are keeping up our end of the bargain ;) keeping you on securely on the wagon is out main objective & making it as fun and enjoyable, while still achieving the goal is the daily target. In today's modern society, you have to consider that being fit means being attractive. Besides, you would have more sex appeal if you have a great looking body instead of having the extra padding in your body. So, if you want to look and feel sexy and also have more self confidence, you have to consider starting a fitness program for your body.

When I decided to get ripped a friend of mine who is a personal trainer laughed at me, he told me that getting ripped, healthy or what ever you want to call it, is 85% a good diet, 15% exercise and 100% willpower. Having been there myself I know its hard to get motivated about an early morning run or food that looks fit for a dog, but belive me at the end of the day its worth it!

Exercise is essential for getting in shape and gaining muscIe, without exercise additional protein taken on will just be converted to stored energy, in other words fat. A key question when it comes to exercise is: is it better to do resistance training or cardiovascular training. Essentially one should do both types as gaining muscular body and becoming healthy relies on overall fitness aswell as how much you can bench press. BUT resistance training will give you the muscular figure you desire, it will also burn off fat.

If you ask me, who is my favorite, Shemar Moore, Actor who play detective in "Criminal Minds" comes in mind fist ^^. Criminal Minds featured on CBS’s, Shemar Moore plays an FBI agent and profiler, Derek Morgan. His beautiful blend is African American, and White. Moore has also been featured in other television series such as “The Young and the Restless” and “Birds of Prey”. And the next guys I can't miss his Big Muscular Arms and Hot Abs, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, He's wrestler whot become actor. Pro Wrestler turned actor, Dwayne Johnson is in movies such as “The Mummy Returns” and “The Scorpion King”. You can see him in his most recent movie “G.I Joe Retaliation” acting alongside Bruce Willis and Channing Tatum. Dwayne is a beautiful blend of Samoan, and African American.

In contrast to the men who appear in these photos montage its amazing that the fashion world keeps trying to force upon us the image of the pale, stick thin, sexually ambiguous male as a male ideal, but I prefer muscular bodies. Because, to be in the film or glamour industry, you don't only need good looks and talent, but also a good physique.
